Touchstone Imaging is in network with all major insurance plans. We have numerous financial options for your patients to ensure they are able to afford their scan. We have options for your claustrophobic and bariatric patients. Touchstone is committed to providing you the best quality images, so we have invested in High Field MRIs with a wide bore to accommodate patients that may need a larger space. Most of these magnets have a weight capacity of 500 lbs or higher. The diameter of the tube is almost twice the width of a traditional MRI. We also offer the traditional Open MRI at some of our facilities. For more information, please call your local Touchstone facility. Find your nearest Touchstone here.
The American College of Radiology accreditation is recognized as the gold standard in our industry. The ACR sets a standard in radiology through quality control, safety and imaging quality. The ACR process verifies that our facilities meet the requirements for equipment, medical personnel and quality assurance. With this accreditation, Touchstone demonstrates to patients, payers and referring physicians our commitment to providing the safest and best quality care possible. Touchstone is proud of our longstanding ACR accreditation in MRI, CT, Mammography and Breast MRI.
Touchstone Imaging operates according to the ACR Appropriateness Criteria®. The ACR Appropriateness Criteria® (AC) are evidence-based guidelines to assist referring physicians and other providers in making the most appropriate imaging or treatment decision for a specific clinical condition.
