Dazzling Blue

“Taking ordinary service to extraordinary.”*

Touchstone strives to provide an extraordinary experience for our patients so they know that they made the right choice in Touchstone. We recognize a selected group of team members that go above and beyond to provide an extraordinary experience for our patients. This recognition is given in the form of an award that we call ‘Dazzling Blue’.

*Dazzling Blue is a concept developed by Steven Harvill the founder of Creative Ventures, an independent strategic consultant to Touchstone.

Crystal Leining – Fossil Creek

Crystal saw a midline shift on an MRI of the brain, alerted the Radiologist and assisted with getting the patient ready for ER transport. She helped to save this patient’s life.

Patricia Allen – McKinney

Patricia created a positive experience for a patient that was nervous about her mammogram. The patient had minimal discomfort and redness and will recommend our facility to anyone that needs a mammogram.

Katherine Goodfried – Fort Worth

On ice days, Katherine went to the Fort Worth site and shoveled a walk way to the center. This was a great help to the staff and patients. Katherine’s thoughtfulness is appreciated!
